How can I make exchanges?

Can I track my order?
Yes.
Once your order has been submitted, our team will process your order and on the day of shipment, we will email you the courier delivery confirmation that includes delivery and tracking information.
How is my order packaged?
For standard and express orders, we secure your product into our pouch which will be placed inside our PHVNTOM branded gift box, for more details click here. This gift box maximises the value of sustainability which is eco-friendly and ideal for gifting or personal storage. Before handing over to the courier, we will use a non-descript paper carton box as extra protection to secure the gift box.
