Steps of trade-in service

1. Contact us before applying for the trade-in service.
2. Submit videos of the current condition of your product as proof to our WhatsApp Business account number.
3. Choose the new fashion style from our web page of Verto T1 Trade-in Atelier.
   
4. We offer free shipping for all trade-in services within Hong Kong. For overseas locations, while we provide complimentary pick-up service to Hong Kong, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs once the trade-in is completed.

 

Terms and Conditions of trade-in service:

1. Trade-in service is available in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and the United States.
   
2. The trade-in service can only be applied for after 3 months.
   
3. Enjoy a one-time complimentary trade-in for the 24K gold rotating ring. The original 24K gold component will be returned to the customer upon completion of the service.
   
4. 2-year warranty does not include the ring of diamonds.
   
5. We provide complimentary pick-up service for products sent to Hong Kong for trade-in. Please note that the return shipping cost from our Hong Kong atelier back to you will be charged to the customer and must be prepaid.
   
6. Please be advised that all shipping fees incurred during the trade-in process are strictly non-refundable once the application has been confirmed.
   
7. We will conduct a thorough inspection of your product to assess your suitability for the free trade-in service. The process is conducted via communication on our Whatsapp Business account number.
   
8. This free trade-in service will not be available if the product is damaged (deliberate and serious) or incomplete.
   
9. If we find that the condition of the received product is severely damaged (clearly not due to logistics reasons) and does not match the condition displayed in videos and photos before sending to us, we will not provide a trade-in service and will return it to you.
   
10. The processing time for free trade-in services is typically no more than 3 months, and can be as short as 3 weeks. The actual processing and delivery times will vary depending on the specific circumstances and locations, so we will keep you informed.
    
11. When trading in your old rotating ring for a new one, we will only replace the 24k gold rotating ring and will not modify any other parts of your product.
    PHVNTOM reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of PHVNTOM shall be final and binding.
    
13. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
