PHVNTOM do not sell any Royal Pop pocket watches. PHVNTOM is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Audemars Piguet, Swatch, or any related entity.
2. All specifications and parameters of this product are measured manually and are subject to minor variances. Please refer to the actual product received for exact dimensions. Individual wear experience and visual effects may vary depending on distinct physical factors, including but not limited to wrist bone size, wrist circumference, and personal wearing habits. Any sizing recommendations provided by the Company are for reference only and do not constitute a legal guarantee or warranty regarding the product's suitability for a specific purpose. The Company assumes no legal liability for any dissatisfaction arising from personal wear effects failing to meet expectations.

1. Product Function Statement

The protective cases produced by this brand are designed to reduce the risk of accidental damage to equipment to a certain extent through their structural design and material properties. However, no protective case can provide absolute and complete protection in all usage scenarios. Users understand and agree that this product does not constitute a guarantee that the equipment will remain intact without any damage.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this brand shall not be liable for damage to the user or any third party's equipment (including but not limited to Royal Pop pocket watches, mobile phones, etc.), loss of data, or any indirect losses caused by the following circumstances: (1) The user does not use the product in accordance with the instructions for use provided by this brand or in a manner reasonably expected (including but not limited to improper installation, forced disassembly, or use with incompatible equipment); (2) The user's equipment itself has design, manufacturing, or material defects; (3) The product is subjected to extreme impacts, high temperatures, corrosion, or other abnormal environmental effects beyond its design tolerance; (4) Daily scratches, wear and tear, or non-functional minor deformations that occur during normal use of the product; (5) Any bodily injury caused by the user's improper use of the product.

3. Sole Remedy in Specific Circumstances:

If a qualified third-party testing agency determines that the product has a manufacturing or material defect, and that the defect is the direct and sole cause of damage to the user's equipment, the brand's liability will be limited to: (a) refunding the user the actual amount paid for the product; or (b) replacing it with a product of the same model (or, if discontinued, a product of equal value). The aforementioned remedies are the only compensation available to the user, and the brand is not responsible for equipment repair, replacement, or any other costs.

4. No Exclusion of Legally Unavoidable Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the brand's legal liability for personal injury or loss of valuable property caused by the user's intentional or gross negligence. If applicable law prohibits the complete exclusion or limitation of liability for indirect damages, the limitations in these Terms and Conditions shall apply to the maximum extent not prohibited by law.

5. Consumer Notice

For natural users who are consumers, these Terms and Conditions do not affect your legal rights under the law. If you believe the product is defective and has caused damage to your equipment, it is recommended that you immediately stop using it and retain relevant evidence (including proof of purchase, photos/videos of the damage, test reports, etc.), and negotiate or file a complaint through the brand's official channels.
