Exchange Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is at the top of our minds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from PHVNTOM, please reach us at Contact first to review the situation before the exchange becomes confirmed and eligible.

We have a 7-days exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange through Contact. Please note that you have to notify us within 7 days from the date of order arrival for assessment of an exchange. If the assessment sees that there are indirect and non-deliberate damages or defects in the received item, exchange for a new and same item will be informed and arranged with PHVNTOM team.

All items must be exchanged under our assessment and confirmation, and exchanged only one time per receipt. Upon exchange, the returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original gift box packaging. Exchanges that are neither assessed nor authorised cannot be accepted. Notifications that are beyond the 7-days exchange policy are not accepted.

We currently do not process the exchange for a different product. 

For hygiene reasons, we regret to advise that we do not accept the exchange of all earrings products.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right!

Mainland China, Hong Kong & Macau

If your exchange is accepted, PHVNTOM team will keep in touch with you by email and send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The shipping cost involved to return the item will be free. Once we have received the returned item, we will arrange a new and same item to be delivered back to you for free.

International & Other Markets

Even if an exchange is accepted, currently, we may not be able to cover the shipping costs involved in the return process. We strongly advise you to stay in touch with us to consider about your exchange.
